The role requires a DoD 8570.01-M-compliant IAT II certification, an active Secret clearance, and 4+ years of PC maintenance or desktop support experience. On-site support and secure account management are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD 8570.01-M-compliant IAT II certification.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active Secret clearance is mandatory.
• 4+ years of PC maintenance or desktop support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and end-user issues.
• Configure, image, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Respond to service requests via phone, email, portals, and ticketing systems.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and hands-on technical support as needed.
• Train end-users on hardware, OS, and standard business apps; manage accounts and access.
