Job summary

PEMCCO seeks a Lead Computer Engineer to drive engineering excellence across the full system lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineers, developers, system administrators, program leadership, and customers to solve complex challenges and shape technology solutions that support mission-critical objectives.

You will lead technical studies, develop hardware, software, and network solutions, review designs, and mentor staff to ensure high-quality artifacts and impactful results.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of computer engineering principles and practices.
• Experience leading technical efforts and communicating complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of computer systems.
• Analyze requirements and develop engineering solutions for mission objectives.
• Evaluate architectures and improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership across design, implementation, and sustainment.
