Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
• Eight years of experience in software development, computer programming, or related technical field.
• Advanced knowledge of programming principles, methodologies, and software development practices.
• Knowledge of systems analysis and software design concepts.
• Understanding of data structures, databases, file management, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain complex software applications and computer programs.
• Analyze user requirements and programming specifications to develop effective software solutions.
• Coordinate software development activities with programmers, analysts, technical personnel, and end users.
• Support software integration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement efforts.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to junior programmers and staff.
