WSP USA is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to manage compute services and infrastructure within the AMERICAS Hub. You will lead day-to-day operations, coordinate upgrades, and ensure alignment with service levels while supporting a global enterprise IT environment.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, project management, and an ability to work across cross-functional teams with on-call responsibilities and rotation schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of Compute operations experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Compute services and infrastructure.
• Experience in large/global enterprise IT environments.
• ITIL-aligned service management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage compute operations across the designated hub.
• Lead improvements in people, processes, and technology.
• Provide on-call support and periodic rotation.
• Maintain service levels and perform health checks.
• Oversee upgrades, performance, and incident resolution.
