Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD completed or imminent in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Biomedical Engineering, Quantitative Biology or data science.
• Strong programming in Python and R with good software engineering practices.
• Experience designing and deploying image-analysis workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and deploy quantitative image-analysis workflows across brightfield and fluorescence imaging.
• Build scalable, cloud-based pipelines with QC, statistics, and traceability.
• Apply computer vision and ML/DL models to translational research questions.
• Collaborate with bench scientists and manage external data collaborations.
