Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Biomedical Informatics or related field with 6+ years of experience in translational data science.
• MD/PhD with equivalent depth and 3+ years of experience in clinical trial datasets/biobank data.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI/ML research at the intersection of trial datasets and biobank data.
• Develop and deploy AI applications enabling NLP interactions with clinical data.
• Ground outputs in biological knowledge using ontologies and trial registries.
• Deploy learning methods to identify patient archetypes and disease subtypes.
• Architect pipelines for data harmonization and reproducibility.
