Qualifikationen

• MS with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year in biotech, computational biology, data science, bioinformatics, or related field.
• Experience analyzing high-content imaging data, including cell segmentation and multi-omics datasets.
• Experience applying deep-learning/AI to image analysis, especially segmentation (Cellpose, MEDIAR).
• Proficiency in R and Python with DESeq2, Seurat, Scanpy, dplyr, and tidyverse for statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Familiarity with shell scripting, Git, and AWS cloud computing.
• Fundamental understanding of biology and ability to apply computational approaches to biological questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advance image-based research; develop and apply computational methods for high-content imaging, including segmentation, feature extraction, and single-cell tracking.
• Modernize pipelines with AI; evaluate and integrate new AI tools into imaging and multi-omics workflows.
• Turn complex data into biological insights; analyze imaging and multi-omics datasets to inform experimental design.
• Make scientific data accessible; manage data and develop interactive data-exploration portals for internal use.
• Build efficient workflows; apply best practices in code and data management with version control and documentation.
• Communicate findings clearly; present analytical results to cross-functional audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
