Qualifications

• M.S. with at least three years of relevant experience or Ph.D. with at least one year of relevant experience in biotechnology, computational biology, data science, bioinformatics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience analyzing high-content imaging data, including cell segmentation and high-dimensional datasets.
• Experience applying deep-learning and AI-based methods to image analysis, particularly cell segmentation (e.g., Cellpose, MEDIAR).

Responsibilities

• Advance image-based research by developing, benchmarking, and applying computational methods for high-content imaging.
• Modernize pipelines with AI and ML tools to improve automation and throughput.
• Turn complex data into biological insights by analyzing imaging and multi-omics datasets with R and Python.
• Make scientific data accessible by managing data from studies and developing interactive portals.
• Build reproducible workflows with code management, version control, and documentation.
• Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional audiences in written, visual, and verbal formats.
