Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in bioinformatics, such as Python or R, and associated libraries (e.g., Bioconductor, SciPy, Pandas).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and biological pathways.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, collaborative team environment.
