Qualifications

PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Stats or related quantitative field.
7+ years of experience in computational biology focusing on genomics/transcriptomics.
Proficiency in Python, R, and Bash.
Experience with NGS data analysis tools and platforms (GATK, STAR, Salmon, Seurat).

Requirements

Extensive experience (7+ years) in computational biology, with a focus on genomics and transcriptomics.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and bash scripting.
Strong experience with NGS data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., GATK, STAR, Salmon, Seurat).
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize complex bioinformatics workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
