Placements24 seeks a Lead Bioinformatician to spearhead genomics analysis initiatives, building and optimizing pipelines for whole-genome, exome, and RNA-seq data. Qualifications

• Ph.D./Master's in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, CS or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in bioinformatics, with a focus on genomic data analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a technical team.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and/or Perl, and shell scripting.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and ML techniques applied to biological data.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Singularity).

About the Role
