Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Python or R, including experience with relevant data science libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pandas).
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and database management.
  • Familiarity with genomic data formats (e.g., VCF, BAM, FASTQ) and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
