Qualifications

• 4+ years of composite experience in an Automotive environment.
• Ability to use Computer Aided Design (CAD) software systems.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma, and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and program management for multiple composite programs.
• Develop work instructions, tooling plans, and manufacturing aids.
• Manage, lead, train, and mentor program team(s).

Skills

Composite experience in an Automotive environment

Computer Aided Design (CAD)

Knowledge of Lean principles

Project Management Professional (PMP)
