Job summary

Roush is seeking a Composites Engineer (Level I) in Livonia, MI to support Advanced Composites programs across multiple customers. The role involves coordinating production specifications, tooling plans, and manufacturing aids, while ensuring quality and adherence to budget and scope.

The ideal candidate has a engineering degree with at least 6 months in PM, tooling or composites, plus strong Excel and CAD skills. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
At least 6 months of experience in program management, designing, tooling, manufacturing or composites.
Strong Excel skillset.
Ability to use CAD software.
Effective communication in all forms.

Responsibilities

Support program management for multiple composite programs and customers.
Ensure quality products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Develop production specifications and tooling plans for composites.
Create work instructions and manufacturing aids for the composite process.
Mentor and lead project teams; monitor status and schedule.
