HEICO Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Composite Technician to lead the fabrication, assembly and development of advanced composite structures. This role guides junior technicians, supports engineering in new product development and troubleshoots manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with engineering and R&D on prototypes, interpret blueprints, manage tooling and safety, and drive 5S and FOD control in a fast-paced aerospace

Qualifications

• U.S. Person status required due to export control.
• 12 years of composite manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsabilités

• Lead fabrication and assembly of composite parts using layups, bonding and curing techniques.
• Train and mentor technicians on processes, tooling, safety and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D during prototype development.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing process and part quality issues.
• Maintain documentation of improvements, deviations and lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and customer specifications.
• Contribute to process optimization, tooling design and material selection.
• Adhere to safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Support project planning and resource coordination with supervisors.
