HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures in Florida seeks a Quality Engineer (Composites) to join our team. You will evaluate damages on composite components such as nacelles and radomes, develop repair plans, and verify in-process and post-repair quality to ensure airworthiness.

You will act as a liaison between Engineering and Production, monitor bonding processes, mentor technicians, and support continuous improvement while ensuring FAA compliance in a fast-paced repair environment.

• Lead root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Train and mentor technicians in composite repair processes.

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of aircraft structural components, is currently looking for a Quality Engineer specializing in composite repairs to join our team.

The Quality Engineer (Composites) is responsible for the evaluation of damages on composite components, including nacelles, thrust reversers, flight control surfaces, and radomes. This position plays a key role as liaison between Engineering and Production and monitors composite bonding processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency while maintaining the highest level of quality. The Quality Engineer will assist with repair plans, perform in process and post repair quality verification, collaborate with other engineers, and work with the Quality Control department and the production teams to ensure FAA compliance and airworthiness.
