Qualifications

• All applicants must be willing and able to work any shift, including alternative work weeks.
• This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Responsibilities

• Build composite structure details and assemblies using carbon and other composite materials.
• Follow drawings, documents, process specifications, quality control requirements and established procedures to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Perform multi-tasking and multi-machine operation where applicable.
• Work on platforms up to ten feet above the ground.
• Work in confined spaces and over head.
• Collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficient use of technology such as computers, phones, laser projection, and digital vacuum gauges.
• Use hand tools to form and contour lay-up; handle scissors, knives, pushing tools, markers and other small tools.
• Maintain a clean working environment and clean as you go.
