ManpowerGroup is seeking a Materials & Process Development Team Lead in Rochester, NH to guide a engineers team in advancing fiber reinforced composites. You will oversee projects from planning through execution, partnering with customers and internal R&D to push manufacturing capabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of polymer matrix composites, and hands-on CAD proficiency with SolidWorks/CATIA/NX.

Competenze

7+ years in composite engineering or related field; advanced degrees may substitute.
Bachelor's in Mechanical or Civil Engineering preferred; advanced degrees a plus.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes for polymer matrix composites.
Experience with aerospace materials and structures, injection and infusion methods.
Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.

Mansioni

Lead engineers to plan, organize, and execute internal and customer-funded research projects on fiber reinforced composites.
Oversee development and improvement of composite manufacturing processes, including injection and infusion.
Support introduction of new composite products and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Manage procurement of tooling and equipment for advanced composite manufacturing.
Coordinate material characterization through fabrication and testing of composite elements.
