Job summary

Crosslinked is seeking an experienced Composite Engineering Manager to lead the technical engineering function for wind turbine blade inspection and repair. You will act as SCR's senior technical authority for composite blade repair, guiding Technical Advisors and Field Advisors who support crews in the field.

You will own engineered repair solutions, repair procedures, layup schedules, and technical approval processes while collaborating with OEMs, asset owners, and operations teams across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a composites-related field.
• 10+ years' experience in composites engineering, preferably for wind blades.
• Ability to develop repair procedures and engineered repair solutions.
• Strong knowledge of glass and carbon reinforcements, epoxy and polyester systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCR's composite engineering function and serve as senior technical authority.
• Develop and approve engineered repair solutions and layup schedules.
• Create repair procedures, work instructions, and defect acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with OEMs, field teams, and customers on technical reviews.
