Job summary

Sky Climber Renewables is seeking experienced Level 3 Wind Composite Blade Repair Technicians for 100% travel across utility-scale wind projects. The role focuses on advanced blade inspection, repair, and coordination with customers to ensure high-quality execution.

Ideal candidates will have post-secondary training in composites or 3+ years in wind blade repair, strong supervisory safety skills, and the ability to lead crews in field environments while maintaining strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus post-secondary education in composite applications or a minimum of three years of wind industry experience focused on composite inspection and repair.
• Demonstrated supervisory-level working knowledge of industrial safety practices for composite operations.
• Proficiency with intermediate and advanced composite repair techniques and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead wind blade inspection, repair, and maintenance across turbine platforms.
• Mentor junior technicians and coordinate with customers for service schedules.
• Plan work, develop procedures, and supervise composite crews in field operations.
• Maintain safety by identifying hazards and enforcing risk mitigation.
