The role requires travel to various project sites in the United States and completion of required safety trainings.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with wind technology training or equivalent experience, and must pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Wind Tech or accredited program preferred.
• GWO BST and ART certificates are advantageous.
• Recent tower safety training and LOTO training preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal and external inspections and defect analysis on fiberglass and composite blades.
• Report findings and assemble all related paperwork for actions.
• Provide occasional maintenance support as needed.
• Travel 100% to multiple projects across the United States.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support company mission and values.
