Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Component Engineer 4 in Sunnyvale, CA, onsite, for 12+ month duration. The role focuses on supporting NPI programs with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness, quality, and manufacturability.

You will review FAIRs, VRs, and SCARs, and work with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive product launches and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with NPI programs and supplier collaboration.
• Understanding of material readiness, quality, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure material readiness and manufacturability.
• Review and disposition non-conforming materials via VRs and ensure timely closure.
• Review FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION REPORTS (FAIRs) and ensure inspection methods meet requirements.
• Support supplier qualification, process validation, and production readiness activities.
