Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
• 5+ years experience in banking with operations, compliance, lending, audit or related business experience.
• CRCM preferred, but not required.
• Strong reading and interpretation of governmental laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan the testing approach, scope documents, and information requests with the Testing Manager.
• Execute compliance testing steps, including sampling and full reviews as needed.
• Document findings, root causes and corrective actions in written reports.
• Lead exit meetings with management and obtain responses to findings.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Testing Manager and line of business.
