Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, law or related field.
• 3+ years banking experience in operations, compliance, lending, audit or related.
• CRCM certification preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of auditing/examination techniques and banking laws.
