Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years banking experience or equivalent.
• CRCM or willingness to obtain CRCM preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of auditing/examination techniques and banking regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance control testing for regulatory requirements across Old National Bank lines of business.
• Research regulatory requirements and plan testing steps within the review scope and timeframe.
• Execute and document testing activities and communicate results in meetings and written reports.
• Identify weaknesses or violations and work with stakeholders to plan corrective actions.
