Job summary

Old National Bank seeks a Senior Compliance Testing Analyst to conduct compliance control testing for regulatory requirements across lines of business. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting testing activities with minimal supervision while collaborating with the Compliance Testing Manager and cross-functional experts.

You will document findings, communicate results in meetings and written reports, and support team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or related field.
• 5+ years experience in banking combined with operations, compliance, lending, audit or relevant business experience.
• CRCM preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail, strong time management skills, works well under deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of auditing/examination techniques and banking laws/regulations.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data analysis ability.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute compliance testing activities per scope and timeframe.
• Prepare information requests and maintain electronic workpapers.
• Identify issues, root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings and present in exit meetings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Testing Manager and stakeholders.
