Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years’ regulatory compliance experience with at least 3 years in a compliance role.
• Completion or working towards professional certification (CRCM, CAMS, CFIRS, CIA, IAACP or equivalent) or securities license.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute risk-based testing across retail banking, BSA, and wealth regulations.
• Research regulatory requirements to determine compliance.
• Document testing, findings, and memos with the accuracy and detail required.
• Present findings to senior and executive management.
• Partner with business lines to develop and confirm effective controls.
• Manage competing priorities and deadlines across overlapping tests and validations.
