Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Associate on the Compliance Assurance & Testing team to lead strategic end-to-end compliance testing, ensuring regulatory alignment and meeting bank partner expectations. You will collaborate with internal teams and the issuing bank's legal and compliance groups, reporting to the Head of Compliance Assurance and Testing, and help identify control gaps.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in regulatory compliance testing in financial services, risk consulting, or fintech.
Knowledge of consumer financial protection, banking, payment networks, money transmission, and consumer lending.
Strong problem-solving, initiative, and ability to work independently.
Able to handle ambiguity and multiple priorities.
Analytical skills such as SQL or data visualization are a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end compliance testing: scope reviews, cross-functional collaboration, testing, and reporting results to senior management.
Proactively identify solutions to complex findings and ensure remediation through follow-up.
Partner with cross-functional teams to perform testing and support bank partner testing oversight.
Design automated internal compliance monitoring to identify trends, issues and KPIs.
Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory changes affecting products/services.
