Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Senior Compliance Systems Analyst to lead regulatory system changes within the loan origination framework. You will act as the SME for areas like TILA, RESPA, and TRID, shaping how requirements are reflected in LOS functionality and workflows.

In this role, you will draft requirements, validate implementations, and coordinate with Legal, Technology, Operations, and Compliance leaders to ensure strict regulatory alignment and robust controls across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in compliance, mortgage operations, or related field.
Experience with mortgage compliance requirements, investor guidelines, disclosures, and loan documentation.
Experience with LOS, Jira, testing documentation, and requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary compliance SME for designated regulatory areas and oversee analysis, requirements, testing support, and implementation.
Translate regulatory requirements into clear business, system, and procedural requirements for Tech and Operations.
Own assigned changes from analysis through validation and coordinate with Legal, Tech, and Ops teams.
