Pike Engineering seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to lead licensing compliance programs on-site in Fort Mill, SC. You will manage licensing processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and serve as the go-to expert for licensing boards and regulatory bodies.
The role includes developing policies, maintaining records, and training staff to ensure audit-ready operations. You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure regulatory risk is managed effectively.
As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will lead Pike Engineering's licensing compliance programs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining licensing credentials and records, managing audits and investigations, and driving policies, processes, and training that protect the organization from compliance and regulatory risk. You will perform work with a high degree of latitude, handle the most complex issues and problems, including those escalated from Compliance Specialist staff, and possess an expert level of knowledge on the subject matter. You will provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group and may act as a team leader or supervisor.
This position is located on-site in Fort Mill, SC reporting to Pike Engineering leadership.
