Pike Engineering seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to lead licensing compliance programs, manage audits, and drive policies and training to reduce regulatory risk.

This on-site role in Fort Mill, SC reports to leadership and requires expert knowledge, coaching and the ability to handle complex issues.

You will maintain licensing credentials, keep records, ensure audit-ready documentation, and communicate effectively with licensing boards and regulatory agencies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or approved equivalent.
• Experience applying laws, regulations, standards, and licensing requirements.
• Experience managing audits, investigations, records, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Be the organizational lead for licensing and regulatory compliance programs.
• Manage and administer company licensing processes to ensure compliance.
• Liaise between organization and licensing boards/regulatory bodies.
• Develop and continuously improve licensing strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate licensing and regulatory records and supporting documentation.
• Monitor compliance activities to ensure audit-readiness.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees and leaders.
• Conduct initial reviews of potential compliance violations and escalate risks.
