Pike Engineering seeks a Senior Compliance Specialist to lead licensing compliance programs, manage audits, and drive policies and training to reduce regulatory risk.
This on-site role in Fort Mill, SC reports to leadership and requires expert knowledge, coaching and the ability to handle complex issues.
You will maintain licensing credentials, keep records, ensure audit-ready documentation, and communicate effectively with licensing boards and regulatory agencies across the organization.
As a Senior Compliance Specialist, you will lead Pike Engineering's licensing compliance programs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining licensing credentials and records, managing audits and investigations, and driving policies, processes, and training that protect the organization from compliance and regulatory risk. You will perform work with a high degree of latitude, handle the most complex issues and problems, including those escalated from Compliance Specialist staff, and possess an expert level of knowledge on the subject matter. You will provide leadership, coaching and/or mentoring to a subordinate group and may act as a team leader or supervisor.
This position is located on-site in Fort Mill, SC reporting to Pike Engineering leadership.
