Pike Electric seeks a Human Resources & Labor Compliance Specialist to help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You will assist with immigration processes, labor compliance, employee benefits administration, and risk-related initiatives.
This on-site role reports to senior HR leadership and works with multiple office locations. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR and a strong grasp of I-9/E-Verify, workers' compensation, and regulatory requirements.
The Human Resources & Labor Compliance Specialist supports Pike Electric by helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. You will assist with immigration processes, labor compliance, employee benefits administration, insurance programs, workers' compensation, and risk‑related initiatives. Working collaboratively with HR and business leaders, you will help promote compliance, mitigate risk, and support a well‑managed and legally sound workforce. This is an on‑site position based out of one of our Pike Electric office locations.
