Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance in Charlotte, NC seeks a Compliance Business Oversight Manager to provide independent second-line risk oversight across corporate compliance programs. You will partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Audit to ensure regulatory requirements are identified, assessed, and managed.

The role requires strong regulatory acumen and the ability to influence senior leaders, drive program design, change management, and governance reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or risk management.
• Experience providing independent compliance oversight and credible challenge to senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of second-line oversight expectations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with regulatory reviews, inquiries, audits, and exams.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent second-line compliance risk oversight and expert guidance.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Corporate Secretary, Third Party Risk Management, Audit, and Technology to ensure regulatory requirements are identified and managed.
• Lead or contribute to Compliance Risk Management program activities including regulatory inventory, change management, and governance reporting.
• Prepare executive-ready materials, governance reports and summaries on Compliance status.
• Manage regulatory reviews, inquiries, audits, and exams and escalate issues as needed.
