Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Compliance Risk Management Lead within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) organization to oversee AML and Sanctions programs and develop enterprise-wide standards for regulatory guidance and practice.

You will coordinate AML coverage across the firm, craft policies and procedures, and advise on new business initiatives with an emphasis on risk impact and mitigation. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Risk Management and Compliance at a Global Financial Institution.
• Strong knowledge of Commercial and Investment Banking products, services, and client types.
• GFCC AML/KYC, OFAC/Sanctions and client Anti-Corruption Compliance expertise.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and regulators.
• Proven ability to establish a strategic vision and drive results.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and challenging current practices.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong communication and leadership in a global organization.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support AML compliance issues across Global Banking activities and products.
• Interpret GFCC processes and assess control environment.
• Help develop risk assessments and higher risk client types.
• Advise on new business initiatives and regulatory impact.
• Identify AML risks by client geography and transactions.
• Suggest improvements to AML controls for stronger processes.
• Review AML policies for effectiveness and updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulator focus.
• Foster professional development and collaboration.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide credible challenge to senior committees.
