Winter Services LLC is seeking a Legal Compliance Manager to collaborate with the Leadership Team, operations, external counsel, and government agencies to uphold top compliance standards. You will oversee contracts, risk assessments, audits, and policy development across departments to ensure regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive regulatory knowledge, and the ability to translate complex legal language into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or JD.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance or legal affairs.
• Experience leading internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and regulatory agencies.

Responsabilités

• Review and craft service contracts with unambiguous statements of work.
• Act as liaison with government agencies, regulators, and auditors.
• Collaborate with external counsel to interpret new laws affecting operations.
• Lead internal compliance audits and risk assessments to mitigate regulatory risks.
• Provide guidance and training on compliance topics across teams (EHS, labor, regulatory).
• Draft and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance.
• Lead investigations and corrective actions related to compliance findings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and anticipate impacts.
• Prepare reports, permits, and documentation for government entities.
• Represent organization in regulatory reviews and inspections.
