The position emphasizes contracting discipline, regulatory reporting, and training cross-functional teams on environmental, health, and safety standards, with a focus on continuous improvement and governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal affairs, or policy enforcement.
• Demonstrated experience creating, leading, and executing internal audits and compliance assessments.
• Strong working knowledge of regulations within our industry.

Responsibilities

• Review and create service contracts with clear statements of work and risk controls.
• Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and auditors on compliance matters.
• Interpret new or changing laws with external counsel and leadership.
• Manage claims and respond to external inquiries under guidance of leadership.
