Job summary

PNC is seeking a Compliance Program Specialist Senior to join the Enterprise Compliance team. Based in Pittsburgh, PA / Columbus, OH / Birmingham, AL, you will lead execution of compliance programs across lines of business and support risk management initiatives.

You will monitor compliance activities, analyze data to identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk controls is essential to protect customers and the firm's reputation.

Qualifications

• University or college degree required; 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• Experience in compliance risk management.

Responsibilities

• Plans the execution of compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
• Supports key business initiatives by analyzing data to identify compliance risks and proposing resolutions.
• Escalates identified risks to senior team members when necessary.
• Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks and reviews regulatory requirements to align policies and procedures.
• Manages the compliance monitoring program and communicates program objectives to business partners.
• Edits and updates compliance reports to ensure timely regulatory adherence.
