Job summary

PNC seeks a Compliance Program Advisor within its Enterprise Compliance team. You will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Miami sburg, Birmingham or Charlotte and provide advisory support, oversight, and credible challenge for Residential Lending Servicing compliance initiatives.

You will partner with leadership across lines of business, risk, and legal to identify emerging risks, lead regulatory change management, and advance the TOM while strengthening the overall compliance program.

Qualifications

• Communicates effective compliance programs to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the compliance monitoring program and ensure activities stay within risk limits.
• Assess activity for existing and emerging risks and recommend mitigations.
• Collaborate with business, legal, and risk functions to implement compliance program objectives.
• Provide practical guidance and escalation for material compliance risks.
• Mentor junior staff in report analysis and compliance procedures.
