PNC is seeking a Senior Compliance Program Specialist to join its Enterprise Compliance team. The role is based in Birmingham, AL and may also be located in Pittsburgh, PA or Columbus, OH.

The successful candidate will drive execution of compliance programs, monitor risk, and support governance across multiple lines of business. Responsibilities include developing and challenging compliance analyses, coordinating with business partners, and shaping reports and manuals to ensure regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plans the execution of compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
• Supports key business initiatives by analyzing data to identify compliance risks and providing resolutions.
• Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks and researches current laws and regulatory requirements.
• Manages the compliance monitoring program and leads the execution of program objectives for assigned areas.
• Edits compliance reports and recommends corrective action plans.
