Snap Finance US is seeking a Compliance Paralegal to support licensing, regulatory filings, and litigation-related activities. You will coordinate documentation, track deadlines, and work across Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to uphold regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant paralegal or regulatory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required.
• Experience with licensing, regulatory filings, or compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing, registration, renewal, and regulatory filing activities.
• Maintain licensing records, calendars, supporting documentation, and status reporting.
• Assist marketing compliance activities, including review coordination and documentation.
• Support litigation matters and prepare materials for attorney review.
• Research regulatory and licensing requirements and respond to regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Sales and other teams to resolve requests.
• Support audits, inquiries, and process improvements.
• Track deadlines and regulatory developments.
• Maintain organized records and supporting evidence across workstreams.
