Snap Finance seeks a Compliance Paralegal to support licensing, regulatory filings, and litigation-related activities across Legal and Compliance. You will coordinate documentation, track deadlines, and maintain organized records, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to meet regulatory obligations.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant paralegal, legal operations, regulatory compliance, licensing experience.
• Strong organization, documentation, research, and deadline-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
• Handling confidential, sensitive information with care.
• Comfort with multiple workstreams including licensing, marketing compliance, and litigation support.

Responsabilités

• Support licensing, registration, renewal, and regulatory filing activities.
• Maintain licensing records, calendars and status reporting.
• Assist with marketing compliance activities and documentation.
• Support litigation matters through document collection and preparation.
• Research regulatory/licensing requirements and respond to regulators and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance requests.
• Support audits, inquiries, and process improvements.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting obligations.
• Maintain organized records and trackers across workstreams.
