Qualifications

• Experience with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compliance operations, investigations, and audits.
• Coordinate incident tracking and regulatory submissions.
• Supervise staff and drive professional development.
• Lead investigations and prepare findings for CCO review.
• Collaborate with departments to implement regulatory actions.
• Prepare reports and KPI summaries for leadership.
