Job summary

Alignment Healthcare LLC is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to lead and evolve its enterprise compliance program across Medicare Advantage and other lines of business. This senior role involves collaborating with business owners to foster a culture of compliance and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in MAO compliance leadership and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business strategies. This position allows you to contribute meaningfully to enhancing the lives of the seniors we serve.

Qualifications

• Significant MAO Compliance leadership experience (5+ years required, 10+ preferred).
• Experience in a complex, fast-scaling enterprise health plan or value-based care organization.
• Prior experience directly supporting a Chief Compliance Officer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the enterprise compliance program aligned with CMS requirements.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance to executive leadership.
• Drive compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
• Direct investigations of compliance violations and HIPAA breaches.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA privacy and data protection compliance.
