Qualifications

  • Significant MAO Compliance leadership experience (5+ years required, 10+ preferred).
  • Experience in a complex, fast-scaling enterprise health plan or value-based care organization.
  • Prior experience directly supporting a Chief Compliance Officer or similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the enterprise compliance program aligned with CMS requirements.
  • Provide strategic regulatory guidance to executive leadership.
  • Drive compliance monitoring, auditing, and reporting.
  • Direct investigations of compliance violations and HIPAA breaches.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA privacy and data protection compliance.
