Responsibilities include developing compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, managing monitoring and audits, leading investigations, and ensuring adherence to federal and state healthcare laws, FDA regulations, and industry codes. Serve as primary advisor to senior leadership, oversee HCP/HCO interactions, and foster a culture of ethics and integrity.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, PharmD, MSN or similar preferred. Over 10 years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare compliance, with 5+ years leading compliance programs. Deep expertise in FDA promotional rules, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine/Open Payments, and industry standards. Experience in audits, investigations, training, and risk management essential.
