Job summary

Drucker + Falk is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to provide centralized affordable housing compliance oversight across our multifamily portfolio. This role will be a key resource to property and regional teams, ensuring compliance with LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, Bond, HOME, HUD-financed and other programs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of affordable housing compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reporting.
• Familiarity with Yardi Voyager Affordable, RightSource and RentCafe Affordable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, Bond, HOME and related programs across multiple properties.
• Maintain affordable housing systems and reporting tools.
• Support audits, inspections, due diligence, and transitions.
• Provide training and guidance to operations teams and clients.
• Travel regularly across the portfolio.
