Qualifications

• 5+ years Compliance, regulatory, operations, or risk management within a regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Interprets federal/state/contractual requirements into actionable guidance for stakeholders
• Prepares regulatory communications, responses to inquiries, and disclosures
• Supports submission of regulatory reports, attestations, and filings
• Identifies compliance risks and evaluates processes to assess exposure and mitigation
• Leads or supports corrective action plans for identified gaps
• Provides SME for audit and monitoring activities
• Partners with stakeholders to support audit execution and regulatory reviews
• Evaluates remediation plans and validates corrective actions
• Develops and delivers compliance training
• Reviews policies to ensure regulatory alignment
