Stable Sea Inc. is seeking a senior engineer to own wallet controls, sanctions screening, AML detection, KYB, and related case management across our treasury and payments rails. You will work directly with the compliance officer and the founding engineering team to implement auditable, robust controls.

This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, remote work in the US, and AI-enabled tooling. You’ll integrate with vendors like TRM Labs and Persona, build audit trails, and ship production-grade

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend or fullstack engineering experience in a regulated financial domain.
• Proficiency in Go and TypeScript for production systems.
• Experience integrating compliance vendors (eg TRM Labs, Chainalysis, Persona, etc.).
• Knowledge of sanctions, AML and KYC/KYB concepts; collaborate with compliance as a peer.

Responsibilities

• Own wallet controls, sanctions screening, AML detection, KYB, case management, and vendor integrations.
• Build and maintain books-and-records infrastructure with audit trails and evidence retention.
• Develop configurable, auditable supervisory tooling for compliance and risk review.
