Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a prestigious, employee-owned company to hire a Product Compliance Manager. This role owns product certification and regulatory compliance across the full product lifecycle, ensuring timely submissions and proactive risk management.

You will collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Purchasing and Supply Chain to integrate compliance into design and development, while upholding rigorous standards and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Testing, audits, submissions, and regulatory documentation
• Relationships with certification agencies and testing laboratories
• Compliance input during product design and development
• Product and component change reviews
• CAPA, root cause analysis, and compliance risk resolution
• Partnership with Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, and Supply Chain
