Job summary

1st Fruits Consulting, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a Product Compliance Specialist to help ensure products meet global regulatory requirements.

You’ll evaluate materials and formulations, interpret domestic and international rules, and prepare declarations and documentation for customers and partners. The role partners with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve regulatory questions and drive product stewardship.

What You’ll Do

You’ll serve as a technical resource helping ensure the company’s products comply with applicable regulatory requirements while supporting both customers and internal business partners.

• Assist in identifying regulatory risks and recommending practical business solutions.
• Support continuous improvement of compliance systems and processes.

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Stewardship, Quality, Product Safety, or a closely related technical role.
• Strong analytical and research skills.

Compensation: $90,000 per year
